I am a firm believer in service and hospitality. I am thinking about when I have given good service and when I have received good service. If a shop owner greets a customer and asks them “if they are looking for something in particular”-a whole exchange begins. One can from that moment, begin to serve their client with a lot knowledge and devotion.
I believe one must have reverence in their voice, and love also behind their words and genuine caring when they serve.
