Small Baked Toasts with Tapenade Spread (“Ricotta Puffs”) (ricotta cheese, 1 egg, grated onion, salt, sprinkle w/ paprika, broil 1 min)

Cheese Plate & Grapes

Aperitif (White Wine w/Creme de Cassis 1 tbsp. Kir or Kir Royale sub. w/Champagne)

 

Spinach and Feta Muffins w/Arugula Salad

Bacon and Cheddar Muffins (Jiffy Corn Muffins or other mix, add bacon, bacon grease and cheddar)

 

Glazed Turkey Stuffed with Orange Peels (See Soulfino circa 2017)

Creamed Kale

Green Bean Casserole

Assorted Roasted Squash

Corn Pudding

Mashed Potatoes & Gravy

Stuffing

Cranberry & Mandarin Orange Sections

Loaf of Warm Bread (Flesh of Christ), w/Butter or Apple Butter or Marmalade

White Wine

Pitcher of Water w/Lemon and Orange Slices or a Cardamom Seed

 

Cheesecake

Pumpkin Bread Trifle  (Make parfait)

Digestif (Nescafe Coffee or Tea, Cognac or Brandy)

 

Tablecloth and centerpiece or flowers
