Spicy tea in the morning to invigorate you

Bring you to a full wakefulness

Via the stimulation of the senses

Masala Tea

2 tea bags black tea (Earl Grey Tea)

2 ½ cups water

1 cup milk

½ tsp vanilla

2 slices ginger root

½ tsp cardamom

5 cloves

1 cinnamon stick

5 black peppercorn

Sweeten with sugar, honey, or maple syrup

On the stove bring all ingredients to a boil.  Froth milk. Remove pan from heat.  Pour through strainer into teapot.  Serve hot.
